While I thrive on the technical side of video production, I wanted to amp up our approach to client support in order to hold true to our core values of quality, experience, and collaboration.
Enter Katie – our new Project Manager
With over seven years of project management experience in fields like healthcare technology, biopharmaceutical sciences, and real estate, Katie is someone who gets obsessed with process. She’s here to make the client side of every project easy and efficient.
When she’s not following up on emails, creating detailed timelines, and fielding client questions, she's probably DIY-ing something. - like this bookshelf in her dining/living room!

Hodge Podge is a cafe in Verona, WI, focused on local ingredients and sustainability. In fact, I met Katie at Hodge Podge (you could call me a regular).
Hodge Podge features latte flights, GF waffles, and brunch cocktails. There’s a new featured menu each month!
Since joining Spoken Frame Media last summer, Katie has implemented things like project tracking software, standardized team meetings, and reliable systems around our sales process.
On top of creating project quotes and sending client communication, she handles administrative tasks like bookkeeping and HR. Occasionally, she’s even been spotted helping out as a producer.
