Meet The Crew
WESLEY MORGAN
FOUNDER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR
In 2017, I started Spoken Frame Media to turn my passion for video production into a career. Since then, I’ve learned as much about people, business, and marketing as I have about cameras and editing.
Alongside my film degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, my work has been recognized at festivals across the state. One of my short films, Expiration Dates, won the Audience Choice Award at the 2023 Wisconsin Film Festival and the Viewers’ Choice Mug Award at the 2024 Door County Film Festival.
For me, it comes down to storytelling and the client experience. Technical expertise is one thing, but helping someone feel confident in sharing their story is what makes the difference (and it shows on camera). I stake my reputation on every job, ensuring my best work, no matter your production size. Nothing gets to you without my seal of approval because it’s my job to make you look and sound good.

PRODUCTION MANAGER
As the one in charge of managing our well-oiled client experience machine, I’m the person you’ll talk to the most.
With over seven years of project management experience in fields like healthcare, biopharma, and real estate, I’m someone who gets obsessed with the process. Come to us without any knowledge of video production, and I’ll make sure you know exactly what to expect. It’s my job to make your side of the project seamless.
When I’m not following up on emails, creating detailed timelines, and fielding your questions, I’m probably DIY-ing something. I also run my own business, Hodge Podge–a cafe in Verona, WI focused on local ingredients and sustainability.

I’m here to help shoots run smoothly, expand our technical skillset, and raise the bar on quality for every project we deliver.
Like Wesley, I’m a fellow film program graduate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I’ve served in key crew positions (including sound mixer, camera assistant, and director of photography) on eight short films. I also worked as a production assistant on the first season of Apple TV’s “Hello Tomorrow!”
My interest in film began when I realized its storytelling potential. I love the learning process, especially when it comes to editing and cinematography. But what’s even greater than the technical nitty-gritty is the chance to hear and help shape your stories.
